Ingredients
⦁ 1 banana, peeled and cut
⦁ 2-3 strawberries, fresh and roughly cut
⦁ 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
⦁ 1/2 cup soy milk, lite or fat-free
⦁ 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
⦁ 1.5 Honey, as per taste
⦁ 5-6 ice cubes

 

Directions
⦁ Place the bananas, strawberries and kiwi in a blender along with some soy milk and peanut butter. Add ice cubes and blend over high for 2 minutes.
⦁ Pour the contents in a serving glass and drizzle some honey on top. Serve chilled.
