- BASKET WEAVE ICING
Drag the tines of a fork through the frosting horizontally and then vertically, in an alternating pattern. Wipe off any excess frosting after each pass.
- STRIPED ICING
Drag the back of a spoon across the frosting to create lines and/or stripes. Wipe frosting from the spoon after each row.
- SWOOPED ICING
With the back of a spoon, create swoops and swirls through the frosting.
- RIPPLED ICING
Form small waves over the top of a cake by dipping the tines of a fork into the frosting and then gently pulling up.
