⦁ 1 tablespoon olive oil
⦁ 1 teaspoon carom seeds
⦁ 1 Onion, finely chopped
⦁ 6 garlic cloves
⦁ 200 g minced Beef
⦁ 1 cup peas
⦁ 1/2 cup yam, diced
⦁ 2 tablespoon red wine
⦁ Salt and black pepper, as per taste
⦁ Heat some olive oil in a wok over medium flame and add carom seeds, onions and garlic to it.
⦁ As they start to temper, add the minced beef and stir it well. Pour some water and add some salt and pepper.
Cook it covered for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
⦁ Uncover the beef and add the peas, yam and prunes.
⦁ Pour some red wine and stir it well.
⦁ Cook for another 10 minutes till the lamb reaches desired doneness.
⦁ Garnish with some fresh chopped coriander and lemon. Serve hot with a bread of your choice.
