Tangy Mango and Corn Salad

Ingredients
⦁ 1 ripe mango, diced
⦁ ½ raw mango, diced
⦁ ½ cup sweet corn kernels, slightly boiled
⦁ 2 pineapple slices, chopped
⦁ 2 tomatoes, diced
⦁ 1 onion, chopped
⦁ 1 cucumber, diced
⦁ 2 jalapenos, minced
⦁ 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
⦁ Salt and black pepper, as per taste
⦁ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
⦁ 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
⦁ 3-4 basil leaves, chopped
⦁ 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
Directions
⦁ Take a large mixing bowl and combine the mangoes with raw mangoes, corn and pineapples.
⦁ Add in the tomatoes, onions, cucumber and jalapenos. Pour some olive oil in it and toss it well.
⦁ Sprinkle some salt and black pepper and add some lemon juice to it. Mix it well again.
⦁ Once well tossed, garnish with some chopped cilantro, basil and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
