This diet lasts only four days, if necessary, it can be repeated multiple times, but only if you make a pause of few days between repetitions.

Breakfast: Same every day: A grapefruit and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

 

Day 1

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, ½ cup of green beans boiled in water without oil.

Dinner: Chicken fillet grilled without butter, lettuce and a small apple.

 Day 2

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, ½ cup of green beans boiled in water without oil.

Dinner: Chicken fillet grilled without butter, salad and half a cup of cooked tomatoes.

Day 3

Lunch: Small burger baked in the oven, salad and a small apple.

Dinner: Chicken fillet grilled without butter, ½ cup of cooked tomatoes and one cup of plum juice.

Day 4

Lunch: 2 eggs fried without oil (use a teflon pan), ½ cup of cooked green beans and a cup of cooked tomatoes.

Dinner: Chicken fillet grilled without butter, lettuce and tomato salad and a half cup of cooked tomatoes.

 Warning:

  1. The food should be consumed in normal portions.
  2. The meat should be only salted, you can pour a little lemon and vinegar, but no oil.
  3. You have to drink 5 glasses of water, a big glass before each meal, one in the afternoon and one glass of water before bed.
  4. The chicken meat should be served without the skin.
