This easy chicken recipe needs only three ingredients. A delectable meal that’s perfect for the whole family. If you must toss in some fresh or frozen green beans and mushrooms to make a complete meal in a pan.

If you want a no-fuss dish, looks fancy enough, and super delicious, this simple Italian Chicken is all you need! This is my family’s favourite and my-go. Is it amazing how a simple dish turned into a lovely tasty meal? And for this recipe, it is okay to use chicken breasts or thighs. And I bet you have brown sugar and some Italian dressing sitting on your cupboard.

Ingredients

3-4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix

How to make 3-Ingredient Italian Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the sugar and salad dressing mix.

Step 3: In the sugar mixture, dredge the chicken.

Step 4: Place the chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar mixture.

Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes. Make sure to baste the chicken occasionally with the juices in the pan.

Notes:

You can add a pound of fresh or frozen whole green beans to bake along with the chicken for a complete meal in a pan.

If you like, you can toss in some mushrooms as well.
