Ingredients:

1 c shredded mozzarella

1 c shredded parmesan cheese

1 Egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.

Step 3: Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.

Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6: Broil for a few more minutes until the cheese turns brown.

Step 7: Remove from the oven.

Step 8: Use a pizza cutter to slice it into even cuts.

Step 9: Garnish with parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Step 10: Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to mix mozzarella with cheddar cheese.

My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add.
