Beautiful and hearty turkey pot pies

Cook time: 45 Min Prep time: 1 Hr Serves: Make mini pot pies as individual meal or a big one to serve 5-6

Ingredients:

Turkey c i used left over turkey 2-3 cups
2-3 c frozen peas and carrots
3 or 4 c diced potatoes
1 medium onion diced
3 or 4 stalk(s) celery diced
6 pkg turkey gravy prepared
Pie crusts pkg depending on how many you want to make
Egg medium use 1 egg with aliitle water whisp for egg wash

Directions:

1. Chop potatoes, onions, celery, add frozen mixed vegetables cook 10 mins drain
2. Prepare turkey gravy packets or use left over gravy
3. Add turkey to the gravy mix along with the potatoes, celery, peas and carrots and onions
4. Use homemade pie crust or use refrigerated pie crusts. I used disposable mini pot pie containers and made a large one. Freezes well
5. Add pot pie filling to pies
6. Top with pastry
7. Mix egg wash over top add pastry designs if desired . Freeze or bake at 350 degree oven til golden brown
