Breakfast: Poached broccoli in olive oil with the addition of pepper and garlic. In deep frying pan put olive oil, 200 gr. of broccoli, cut a piece of garlic, chopped pepper and a little salt. Poach it covered for 20 minutes over low heat.

Lunch: Poached broccoli in olive oil with tomatoes and onions. In a frying pan put olive oil. Put 150 grams of broccoli, half onion medium sized, two chopped tomatoes and a little salt. Poach for 20-25 minutes covered over low heat.

Dinner: Same as breakfast.

A third mode – the fifth and sixth day

Breakfast: Broccoli salad, yogurt and reduced-fat cooked beef. Boil 100 grams of beef, mix it with 100 grams of chopped broccoli and 2 tablespoons of sour milk with reduced fat and a little salt. One cup of yogurt with less fat will complete the meal.

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled broccoli in slightly salted water. Place the broccoli in a pot with boiling water and cook for no more than 5 minutes.

Dinner: 150 grams of cooked beef with a little salt, 1 cup of pure water.

Additional phase

Fourth mode – the seventh and eighth day

Breakfast: 100 grams of cooked broccoli, two soft boiled eggs, a cup of black tea without sugar.

Lunch: Broccoli Soup. In 300 ml. of water add 100 grams of chicken broth, broccoli, parsley and a little bit of salt. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Dinner: 2 slices of rye bread, a tomato, 100 grams of cooked broccoli, one cup tomato juice.

Fifth Mode – ninth and tenth day

Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled broccoli with salt and two boiled carrots.

Lunch: 100 grams of boiled broccoli with salt, 100 grams of boiled fish (you can use any type of fish).

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled broccoli with salt and a boiled potato with peel.
