Buttery garlic potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

6 potatoes wash & cut into wedges with the peel on Par boil the potatoes until almost done
Melt:
1/4 pound butter
Salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1tblsp crushed Garlic
2-3tblsp fresh cream
Grated cheese
A dash of parsely

METHODE:

Place potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour butter mixture over. Sprinkle cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done & slightly golden.
