This Cheesy Garlic Bread will surely make your day! A big thanks to my sister, Heather, for this awesome recipe! Ingredients:

1 loaf of French bread

1/2 c butter softened

2 tbsp chopped parsley divided

5 cloves garlic minced

1 c fresh grated Mozzarella cheese

1/2 c fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 c fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Slice the bread into two.

Step 2: Line with aluminium foil on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Arrange the bread slices onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add chopped parsley, melted butter, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.

Step 5: Spread each half of the bread with the mixture.

Step 6: Add the cheese into a mixing bowl, then whisk until well mixed.

Step 7: Sprinkle the cheese mixture and the rest of the parsley over the bread.

Step 8: Place it inside the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 9: Broil for 2 more minutes or until done.

Step 10: Remove from the oven let them rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
