- 1 Cup Peanut Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Gentle Sweet or my Low Carb Powdered Sugar (or your favorite powdered sweetener)
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
If you do not have Gentle Sweet, you can use my Low Carb Powdered Sugar in equal amounts.
You could use Pyure, but I would grind it first (you do not want gritty peanut butter) and cut the amount in half.
You may notice that the serving size is 2 Tablespoons, but you could easily have 1/4 cup of this Chocolate Peanut Butter and still be in Fuel Pull mode, so enjoy!
