Ingredients:

2 c peanut butter

1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips

1 (11 oz) package butterscotch chips

1 tsp canola oil

3 c shoestring potatoes

Directions:

Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.

Step 2: Add peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips. Stir and allow them to melt.

Step 3: Add oil and stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Remove the pan from the heat, then add potatoes. Stir until well combined.

Step 5: Spoon the mixture and drop them onto a waxed paper.

Step 6: Place them inside the fridge for about 2 hours.
