Dense, firm, creamy Peanut Butter Fudge that melts in your mouth. A simple treat that you can throw together any time. My favourite since I was little until now.

Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar

1 ¼ c unsalted butter

1 ½ c creamy peanut butter

½ tsp kosher salt

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

How to make Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Step 1: Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl with a fine-mesh strainer.

Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add the butter and peanut butter, then allow it to melt. Whisk and cook for about 3 minutes or until well blended.

Step 4: Add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 5: In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar.

Step 6: Transfer the butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Step 7: Line with plastic wrap an 8×8-inch baking pan.

Step 8: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Step 9: Wrap the baking pan and place it inside the fridge to chill for about 1 to 3 hours.

Step 10: Remove the cover and slice it into bite-size cubes.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to use fine salt in exchange for kosher salt.
