Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Freddy worked as a Financial Research Administrator II for the Office of Sponsored Research at the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) Boston where he managed the accounts receivables and assisted with final reports and close outs for sponsored research programs, specifically federal awards. Overall, Lauren has spent ten years working on global health programs across the reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health spectrum, spanning Africa, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and Central America, including two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua.

Prior to joining the Finance Team, Arjola worked as a Staff Accountant at Kimpton, Nine Zero Hotel. In this role, she provides a wide range of human resources support including employee relations, talent management initiatives, recruiting, and execution of core HR processes and programs. In addition to working on Better Evidence research, Iman also works on teaching cases and course development for The Global Health Delivery Project at Harvard University. In this role, she provides support to the Director of Development and the External Relations Manager on various tasks, and assists with multiple fundraising assignments. Additionally, she is co-PI for a PCORI Tier Pipeline to Proposal grant to improve services for ICU survivors. That's something I just can't keep up with!
