2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup diced sweet onion (such as Vidalia(R))

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

Combine cucumbers, onion, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, 20 to 30 minutes.
