High-Protein and Berries Smoothie

Ingredients
⦁ 1/2 cup blueberries, roughly diced
⦁ ¼ cup cranberries, fresh and whole
⦁ ¼ cup cherries, roughly diced
⦁ 2 tablespoons Protein Powder, as per choice
⦁ ½ cup water
⦁ ½ cup cranberry juice
⦁ 6-8 ice cubes

To garnish
⦁ 2 tablespoons black grapes, chopped

Directions

⦁ Place the blueberries, cranberries and cherries in a blender along with the cranberry juice and blend them for 15 seconds.
⦁ Pause and add some water, protein powder along with the ice cubes and continue to blend for 15 seconds more.
⦁ Pour the contents in a serving glass and garnish with some chopped grapes.
