1 lb asparagus, woody ends trimmed
3 Tbsp butter, not margarine
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 clove garlic, minced
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Whisk in the soy sauce and honey. Add the asparagus and garlic and cook, tossing occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until the asparagus is crisp tender. Place the asparagus in a serving dish and pour the sauce over the top.
