  • 8 oz ravioli (cheese ravioli, or pesto ravioli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts , chopped
  • 3 tablespoons capers , drained
