Mom’s Peach Cobbler

Description: My mom taught me how to make this dish. It is by-far the best cobbler ever – so crispy and sugary on top and warm and delicious inside. Love it! It came from my great grandmother and her relatives used it on the wagon train!

4 cups  fruit (peaches, etc… I use frozen)
3/4 cup  sugar
1/2 cup  butter
1/8 teaspoon  salt
1 cup  flour
1 teaspoon  baking powder
1/2 cup  milk
1/2 cup  sugar
1 Tablespoon  cornstarch
