This cake is amazing, and sooo creamy ! A MUST have for SUMMER BBQs!
1 box Angel cake mix, prepared as directed on box, baked in a 9 by 13 pan (cooled)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups strawberries, cut in pieces
3 cups sweetened whipped cream ( cool whip)
Remove the insides of cake, as shown on step #1 leaving 1/4 inch on the sides and bottom.
Take the cake insides and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, condensed milk and strawberries.
Blend well. Stir in 1 cup sweetened whipped cream.
Pour into cake shell as shown on step #2.
Step #3 Top with remaining cream and garnish with extra strawberries.
Let stand an hour before serving.
